J’ai été très déçue par le processus de recrutement. J’ai passé toutes les étapes, y compris un entretien de deux heures dans leurs locaux, et je n’ai ensuite jamais eu de retour, ni positif ni négatif. Ce qui est absurde, c’est d’avoir visité les locaux, et vu l’environnement de travail pour au final se faire ghoster…. Perte d’énergie et de temps
Le manque de communication après autant d’investissement est frustrant et manque de professionnalisme. Je recommande à l’entreprise de respecter les candidats et de fournir au moins un retour minimal après un entretien.
Points positifs : locaux agréables / équipe accueillante pendant l’entretien.
Points négatifs : absence totale de suivi et ghosting après le processus.
