Interview
The interview process went smooth. I had an initial interview with Program Staff from Headquarters and the country office. The questions were straight forward. The second interview was a different panel of HQ and country office staff. It also went smooth. I heard back within a week and had a job offer which I was really excited to accept because Lumos is doing some really great things across the globe.

Interview
Interview with two people plus written test. The HR team didn’t communicate the length of time needed for the interview and test correctly and it was longer than expected. My two interviewers were very candid and friendly, so it didn’t really feel like a formal interview.
