Pretty straightforward. Received an email from a recruiter for a phone screen and then moved on to speak with the head of the department. Head of Department was VERY cold on the phone and did not seem interested in speaking with me. This was followed by a 48-hour content assignment, which was not too long as they gave candid feedback on, which I appreciated. Overall, I think the interviewers can just sound more interested in the candidate. I had a feeling they didn't want to talk to me.
