The process involved two sit down interviews with potential team members. Management sat in on the second meeting. Was asked to perform a small sample project to get a sense of my abilities. Dress is fairly casual.

I arrived to initial interview, but principle opted not to to attend so I met with two designers. They gave me instruction to design something that might align with their product offering. I was invited in for a second interview where I met several more staff and they reviewed my portfolio and concept.

Had been told other people where going to interview with me: It should have been a hint when no one else showed up.
After about 5-10 minutes of being questioned I was given the job. Which was great; I was happy.
