Lumileds Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Phone screen with the recruiter and individual interview with hiring manager and team members. Terrible communication throughout the process and no courtesy for their delayed and missed phone calls. It seemed like nobody really cared. Their total lack of competence showed by being extremely unprofessional in scheduling and conducting proper interviews. Don't even bother applying to this place. It will be a letdown from start to finish.
