Interview process overall started with a conversation with HR then followed by hiring manager - both were very similar. Very standard behavioral questions, education, background. Resume walk through - bullet by bullet. Talk through strength and weaknesses - and also provide examples.
Initial screening was a video call with hiring manager. Follow-up was on-site with multiple people in organization. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Met with HR, PD and quality reps. Dogs were allowed at the time which was fun.

Question 1
Describe a time when you needed help ... what did you do?
It felt a bit drawn out for an intern position. During a nearly 2 hour panel interview, one of the interviewers asked something a little weird by criticizing previous interns who "didn't do much". There was then no communication for a few weeks and was no longer looking for a job once HR reached out. I'd suggest keeping candidates informed of the process. do not ghost for a few weeks, suddenly come back, and expect candidates to still be job searching.
