I am still in the process, but the phone screening went well. Next step is Assessment and then two rounds of technical interviews, one with junior developers and then with more senior developers and executives.

There was a 30 phone interview where the interviewer was very nice and then a take home assessment given to you to complete before a next interview was to be scheduled
Interview process is wholly depend on projects I mention on my resume as well on my research work going on for mtech thesis.They are focussed towards to see how much deep knowledge about Concepts you introduce in your project.
