First interview is a small talk with a HR person, pretty quickly and straight. Then you receive a link for a platform where you have to clone a github repository and try to fix the broken tests. I usually don't like to do tests at platforms but this one worked pretty well. It was quick and resolutive, they like to see experience, real-life projects, and they ask some tricky questions to confirm knowledge. I would do it again, but now with AI I don't know how it is.
