They ask you a lot about the digital market, if you have experience working with digital projects, and of course if you have knowledge about technologies and project management.
It's important also to be very outgoing, because they are looking for people with social skills in order to adapt to the company culture; it's like a big family, so they look for kind, smart, happy and energetic people
