Lumen Lead Software Developer interview questions

The team that I was interview on, had select a few general questions about the experience that the interviewee has. Various questions included general questions about how do you deal with particular problems such as how would you solve for race conditions, OOP, best practices, etc. There have been some that would prepare sample coding scenarios to see problem solving on the spot.
