I applied online. I interviewed at Lumen in Feb 2018
Interview
A Centurylink Recruiter reached out to me on 2/26/2018 in regards to a resume I submitted for an AE position. She asked me to confirm a date via her electronic calendar. I proceeded to confirm a 2PM MST phone interview for 2/28/2018. Once I confirmed I got an email confirmation that my interview time was set for 2/28 at 2PM MST. I got a confirmation text on the day of the phone interview. When 2PM MST arrives on 2/28, no call at all. I give her 10 min, still no call. I proceeded to check my email to see if she tried to reschedule, nothing was in there. I sent her a polite email asking her if she'd like to reschedule, NEVER EVER heard back. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of people's time. I still haven't heard back from her(its 3/5 today). You are a reflection of CenturyLink, unprofessionalism like this results in a bad reputation for CenturyLink. You shouldn't ever treat candidates like this.
