The interview process was short it took a couple of weeks to have the initial calls and face to face. What took way too long was the process from being told I have the job to the point of where I got the official job offer. Their HR group seems very unorganized and don't communicate well.

Absolutely horrible process. If your resume meets the requirements, and your Hirevue interview goes well, YOU SHOULD GET A SCREEN AT LEAST. Having to go through the whole Hirevue process just to get a rejection is incredibly lame. If your results are good, GIVE THE APPLICANT A SCREEN.

Interview
Hiring manager interview was first, then panel interview. After those interviews a on the job simulation was required for all candidates for Director level and above. The panel interview had one peer and one level above the position.
