Interview
It was a contract position through apex systems. First round was recruiter interview and then the next round was with supervisor and senior engineer from Monroe lousiana. Questions were pretty basic. It took only 1 day. Got the job within 4 hours after the interview. The package was very less. Do not hesitate to negotiate. Or else they wouldn't give you more than 25 per hour. Of course it was in Monroe Louisiana. Things can change in other location .

The experience was fairly average. I faced difficulty with interview questions, received feedback about unfocused answers, but my presentation showcasing company research was a standout. I think i needed more practise on interviews.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. First round is technical round. Second is self communication test. Third I had Manager discussion and then HR discussion. The interviews were done within 2 days but for the offer it took 10 days due to Diwali holidays.

I never ever thought interview procedure will go that much fast.
within 4 days Lumen finished interview process and released very good CTC/offer which is really good.
