Received a call from the hiring manager after a quick telephone interview we agreed to face to face meeting. Met with the hiring manager and another team member for a very informal and candid discussion about the role and my experiences. I was asked to return for a second interview with the Director of sales again another informal candid discussion about my past experiences and relationships.

First, there was the normal Phone interview with recruiter. Then, I was invited to an In-person interview with one of the prospective managers (who wasn't there when I arrived for the appointment) and the director. Then, a couple of days later, I received an Offer.
