Interview
There was no interview process. It was only what you were doing and who you knew. They acquire businesses and workers, and the external hiring process is not used as much as other comparably sized companies. Additionally, they continue to downsize.

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

Interview
After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
