Interview
Welcoming managers and were very clear about what to expect with the job, such as schedules, business during the summer season, and what to expect during the off season. I felt comfortable to ask any necessary questions.

I was asked about my previous experience in the restaurant industry.
My experience was that the interview process was conversational and laid back. I felt that there was good communication between the hiring manager and myself, and they implied that there was a lot of opportunities for upward mobility.

Interview
It took three to four interviews with different levels in the company, from e-commerce to C-Level employees, all extremely pleasant and felt like a conversation, more than an interview, even though the questions were very specific about the position.
