applied online and got a phone interview asking basic questions about the job and the role, pretty much just enticed me with the pay rate since it was very competitive at the time. overall it was a fairly simple process, got the job and asked to come in for the orientation, that was about 2-3 hours long, you get paid for it. watch some safety videos and told what to do and what not to do with being robbed / lotto.
