Lufthansa Technik interview questions

A straight one-hour interview with the two relevant managers. 30 minutes of technical questions and another 30 of behavioural ones. Should be ready to handle aviation logistics questions. They will also explain how the position works.

First video interview directly with hiring manager, not difficult at all, mostly explanation of the job and first screening. Second interview at their offices with two hiring managers. Average difficulty, bring examples of negotiations done in the past and how you dealt with each case.
