Lucy Group interview questions

I liked the interview because it was clear, engaging, and honest, helped me understand the role better, showed the interviewer’s professionalism, and made the conversation feel comfortable and meaningful overall.

Good conversation with the interim GM. Competency based questions & the standard question of "tell me about yourself". I felt very comfortable from start to finish. The interviewer was generous and decidedly human rather than corporate. Some confusion regarding salary between the company and recruiter; resolved by meeting in the middle.
