A couple of months ago, I interviewed with Lucidity for a software engineering role. They are very structured in their interviewing process. The recruiter informed me well in time about the rounds and timelines. Interviewers were punctual to the interviews. The interviews were fairly difficult and one needs a good amount of preparation to be able to crack them. Be ready to go through a bunch of - coding assessments, problem-solving, structured thinking, and culture fitment-type of rounds beyond the usual 1-1 interview conversations. I would have liked it better if Lucidity had a system to track the status rather than asking the recruiter for an update.
