The interview process were three stages, initial (meet founders / CEOs), technical (CEO & lead engineer was present) then final.
Overall, the interview process up to technical interview stage was pleasant, respectful, and professional all round - kudos to the lead engineer and CEO, well done!
To not give away spoilers about how the interview process went, all I can say is that Lucidity's approach to software engineer interviews should be the "new norm", as their techniques highlights why "technical challenges" / "code challenges / tests" does not work.
Lastly, the interviewers demonstrated sheer professionalism & fantastic culture in their organisation, I ADMIT that I fully regret declining to the job offer.
