The recruiter was 8 minutes late to the interview, texted me to say something personal came up then asked to reschedule. I agreed and offered a few time slots over the following days. The recruiter said they'd be on PTO but their coworker would cover and reach out. Neither the recruiter nor their coworker ever reached out to reschedule. I understand the tactic of self-sabotaging an interview process in the event the role has been filled, but you're not hurting our feelings, transparency and clear communication are always appreciated over ghosting. Bad experience for such a solid company.
