This was the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever attended. I was judged for wearing flats, I just had spine surgery. The person interviewing was dressed like she was going to the club, not to work.

I am sorry she made you feel judged about your shoes, but I can assure you that was not her intent. We try to mention the professional dress code during the interview in case the candidate has any questions or issues with it. We are aware that not everyone can wear a kitten heel or wedge so we mention it on the front end. We are happy to accommodate anyone that needs to modify the requested dress code.
