I interviewed 3 times for various roles and each time was disappointed at a different stage and ultimately ghosted with a generic no thank you email. 1st was for a role I had held previously at a larger OEM. Interviewer said I may be a better fit for a different role, sent me back to the recruiter who tried to set up an interview for a completely unrelated role and the interviewer was only available at 6pm which was 3 am my time as I was travelling for work. 2nd role I was ghosted by the recruiter after being told I would move to the next stage and hear back in 3 days. 3rd role I got to the interview phase and was given the wrong link by the recruiter. By the time I joined the interview after getting the correct link I had the most dry and uncomfortable 20 min interview ever as if I was interrupting his day at 6pm.
