The first interview with the hiring manager was excellent. She seemed truly pleased with how the interview went and told me that in about two hours she would be send an email with available times as she was going to move me in for another interview. However, I emailed her three times in a week's period and never heard from again. I can handle a rejection, but as a company that is just beginning to head into the direct-to-consumer field, you should at least have the ability to politely decline a position rather than ghosting someone completely.
