Applied online. Got an assessment with 2 technical questions related to EV and VTOL.
Completed, submitted. Got into next round - video interview. technical round again. after this was supposed to be a panel interview where presentation is required from candidates.

stress strain curve in detail.
powertrain of an EV. explain components in detail.
where id the maximum power from battery used in car? other consumptions in car.
heat dissipation in EV.
explain the cooling system with the function of each component.
traction control system. center of gravity.
comparing material on the stress strain curve. interpretation. where will the curve head if force is stopped in between the stress strain curve.
Had an Interview with the hiring manager. He asked very technical questions that were related to the domain. Was rejected after the first round. Good experience with the process and team.

Explain the most important project from your previous work experience
The process is fair. A short HR round and then a few technical rounds. Focused a lot on basic physics and principles. Although the questions may be a little bit difficult, they will lead you and try to assess your ability to solve problems.

Interview
They ask technical questions from the very get go. Be prepared to answer stuff like whats PV=nRT mean and more. Recruiter was also kind of in a rush so did not seem to welcoming.
