I was contacted in June for a phone chat. The manager I talked to was an amazing person who didn't really interview me instead discussed engineering with me. After some weeks I was contacted by the recruiter and was set up an hour long technical phone interview with engineers. The interview was very interesting and I enjoyed the conversation. It was technical in nature but not too intense. Then I got invited for an on site interview. The process was very friendly, the recruiter is one of the nicest people I've talked to, the front desk person welcomed me very nicely.
This interview was intense. I interviewed with 7 different people (engineers and managers) They asked technical questions, made me write and draw things. It was a great learning experience. they discussed engineering with me and taught me so much. they were all very friendly.
I didn't get the job but now I know what I need to be to get a job at Lucid Motors and I am already preparing because working at Lucid Motors is my goal now.
