First round touch point with HR, a second with the hiring manager, and did not make it to the panel interview. Overall I'm extremely disappointed in the interview process at Lucid. The hiring manager for this position was not experienced in the position they were hiring for and was unable to accurately judge the skill sets needed. Many of the questions asked were outside of the scope of the position and not included on the job posting.

The interview consisted of 3 stages the first was screening by HR from US
The second was technical by a manager from KSA
And the last was a panel interview mixed between US & KSA.
