Offered interview for job I did not apply for (much lower pay). Halfway through process started bringing up requirements for original application. It became ambiguous which job I was being interviewed for and how I was being evaluated, which made it impossible for me to effectively communicate relevant experience.
Spoke with some kind people, relatively swift process for 3+ rounds of interviews. Felt respected and heard throughout process. Wish they’d offer more transparency on how to improve application when you don’t land the role after making it to final rounds.

Question 1
How would your former supervisors describe you in 3 words?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucasfilm (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was a multi-stage interview starting with a screener that evaluated interest in the company and past experiences. The second round focused mainly on specific experiences and how they applied to the role and responsibilities. The final round was likely a tie breaker. All of which were extremely well organized, and require you to be well organized as well.

Question 1
I was definitely asked a few times about the classic “tell me about this experience”, referencing my resume.
