I was initially sent an invitation saying my interview would be in person, then received a Zoom link for it. I emailed asking for clarity and never got a response. The interview itself was about 7 questions, one after another, without any back and forth discussion. I was not given any information about the decision making process, so I sent a follow up email and again got no response. Finally 10 days later I emailed again regarding a decision and was informed they went with someone else. Disappointing for such a reputable institution.
