Very friendly and great questions. This was the second interview, first interview was a phone interview and that one was only just a few questions but the second interview was about 10 questions but all related to customer service
The interview process was first by phone to get a feel then in person to ask more specific questions at the central office. They were very professional but laid back.

Interview
1.5 months to respond to submission/application. Telephone screen, Panel interview then no word for 5 weeks. It's ironic to be asked about customer service and then receive the worst customer service. Early on, this led to my disinterest as the way in which one is treated during the recruiting process is an early indication of how you should expect to be treated once employed. As a result, I will not seek future employment opportunities with the City of Loveland.
