Interview
Round 1 | informal chat with Alice to chat about the role and any questions the candidate might have about Lottie and the interview process
Round 2 | 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Deep dive questions around candidate experience, background and key interest in the role/ company
Round 3 | case study interview with the wider team
The entire process was so well organised. Alice was great at keeping you in the loop, providing timely feedback and was always on hand to answer any questions. Although, ultimately unsuccessful - I just wanted to highlight what a great recruitment process this was. It felt really personable and I think it's very clear that a lot of work has gone in to make the candidate experience really great!

Interview
Absolute pleasure of a candidate experience. Three stages (refreshingly slimline for tech): a conversational talent call, a take-home task presentation with the team, and a final with a founder, which was held at the office.
The process was transparent throughout, with clear timelines and next steps at every stage, thanks to Alice for being exceptionally responsive, organised, and thoughtful- it made a real difference. The wider team were equally kind, curious, and clearly focused on getting the best out of candidates.
It also felt like real effort had gone in behind the scenes - my CV had clearly been reviewed beforehand, which meant the conversations were more meaningful and tailored to me as a candidate and what I could bring, not the JD alone.
I’d genuinely recommend applying, I learnt a lot, and the feedback at each stage was thoughtful and useful.

Interview
After a great first chat with Alice, who made a first call not feel like a script but a warm and informative conversation, I moved on to a next stage with the hiring manager, Tom.
Tom, just like Alice, was a pleasure to talk to, presents the company in a wonderful light and made me feel comfortable from the off.
Whilst I didn't progress further, I was given a personal and kind feedback email, with actionable points and genuine sentiment. Lottie have done something wonderful in running a recruitment process that even leaves the rejected candidates feeling warm and as far as possible like we've wasted time.
