Applied on Indeed. My application was mark as "seen" for quite a while before the CFO reached out to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went decently, so we scheduled an in-person interview for soon after. The in-person interview was one of the weirdest I have ever been to. One of the first things they said to me was that they really needed to hire someone; this in itself probably wouldn't have been a red flag if they hadn't made it clear that they thought I was incompetent. There was also a lot of emphasis on their "brand," that is to say, the appearance of authenticity.

Less of a question, it was heavily emphasized that their ideal candidate CANNOT make any typos in an accusatory tone. Unironically, I found a typo on their website that same day.
