Interview
I applied online in November and was emailed about an initial phone interview in February. I then went through a final round video interview about 2 weeks later in March. The phone interview was fairly standard (strengths, weaknesses, skills, teamwork, etc) but the video interview was much more in depth. My interviewer was pleasant both times and accommodating of schedule changes.

Question 1
What skills do you bring to the team and how do you forsee working with others using those skills?
The interview was very informal and they wanted to know more about the candidate and their interests. It was a fairly short interview. They also wanted to know long-term goals.
