I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lorien
Interview
Initial call with the Internal Recruitment Manager - really nice guy.
2nd stage with one of the Directors. Extremely un-interested in speaking with me and 30 minutes late. Quite condescending.
Thought I'd be better in a 'Resourcer' role following my
5 years Client Management experience so clearly didn't listen to a word I said / highlighted in the interview but I knew he wasn't interested in the first 10 minutes anyway.
Didnt see the interview as a 2 way street at all and didnt tell me anything about the role I was interviewing for, just asked me tons of intense questions.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lorien (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Found the process engaging, you have 2 stage process whereby they dive into your background and your understanding of the role Quick, efficient and relevant.
I would say the questions are not difficult and is quite standardised
