The interview process began with an offline MCQ test held at their office. The test covered a wide range of topics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as Algebra, Probability, and Statistics. It was more of an assessment of both your technical and analytical thinking rather than a traditional interview.
After passing the test, I was selected for a 5-day in-office trial period. During these five days, we were given individual tasks at first to evaluate our technical and problem-solving skills. Later, we worked on group tasks with other interns, focusing on collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
At the end of the trial, I was offered a 1-month internship, with the potential to extend to 3 months. However, I decided not to continue as I accepted another offer from a different company.
