Initial phone interview then peer interview composed of management, peers, techs and then tour of department and of hospital. Lots of questions based off of acuity of patients met with multiple staff from different departments

Interview
Friendly staff and director. I felt very at home. Interview was completed by a peer group. I had a quick response and offer from the director. Unfortunately it took HR two months to get me in the door.
