There were two interviews. There was an initial prescreening with the regional manager, where she asked to hear more about my background/experience and asked a few situational questions. Then there was a follow-up interview with the regional manager that was more casual and conversational, and we talked more in specifics regarding wages, scheduling, etc.

I had two interviews with Long & McQuade, both of which were professional, respectdul, enjoyable and informative. I was asked about my education, interests, related work experience and reasons to apply for this position.
