One interview with the two heads of HR, about 30ish minutes. They asked me questions about relevant experience, career goals, etc - very standard. The people were friendly and welcoming and I felt at ease. They also got back to me quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

What are you hoping to get out of this experience?
Initially, a "Team" interview with my future supervisor (CFO) and future subordinate at the same time. Follow up interview was with CEO and COO and future supervisor(CFO). It was fairly typical.

Nothing extraordinary. Questions about working under pressure of deadlines, which is pretty much the nature of accounting. One or two technical accounting questions.
They were pretty nice in interview but, left me completely hanging afterwards. They didn't have the decency to ever send me a rejection email. Would have really appreciated a shred of feedback.
