It was a pre-recorded interview. They had very standard questions about my previous experience and interest in the school district. They also asked situational questions about what I would leave the teacher in a sub-note and what I would do if there were no sub plans left. It was very easy. The sub coordinator was very helpful answering all my questions.

I submitted an online application, and it took me a while to hear back, but I was eventually sent an online interview link. I had to record my answers to around 7-8 questions, and I had a couple minutes to prepare and two retakes allowed.
