Interview
15 minutes to do a VR and maths test. (I did awfully and they still offered me a place.)
Showed me round the building which looked good, explained to me the inner workings of the company.
Explained that at the end you get to take an algorithm home, and that people from Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan come to them for training.
Explained you had to pay £4k for a place on the trading scheme.
