London Cyrenians interview questions

Interview was relatively easy. I was interviewed by 3 of the workers. I was asked a list of questions (they had pages worth) and given a tour of the house.

Two interviewer asked me a number of questions related to the position offered which ranged from: 1)how would I run the art workshop with the specific client group 2)how would I deal with any possible incident arising 3) how to manage safety within the group participants 4) how would I manage a workshop if the workshop assistant will call sick on the day
