Series of video interviews with an array of designers. My first round interview was a 30 min screening with general Q&A about me, my timeline, and the internship. I heard back after about 2 weeks or so for a second round interview with a portfolio review with a panel of 3-4 designers. Super friendly, curious and diverse team. Conversation was fun, easy and overall sharing my work was an enjoyable experience. Definitely conversational rather than a presentation.
