Unfortunately, chaotic - After a rushed recruiter screening call, the expectation for the first stage interview was set for the following week. A few weeks went by, and then I finally had a first-stage interview, which seemed to go well, and left a good impression of the company and culture. Was set an expectation that I would find out later that day, did not hear anything. Waited over a week and followed up, received an apology and with a message that I would find out asap. Still waiting to hear, and that was over a month ago...
