Overall i had very bad interview experience with Login Radius and after selecting you they will not offer you better salary.
I got a call from HR(Megha) on May 20, We discussed lot's of things over phone call including salary and i had a clear discussion for +35% of my current CTC and she was OK that time.
I went for interview on May 25 and again we had clear discussion about salary. That time i had one offer in my hand for +20% of my salary and again i asked her for +35% and she was OK.
Then i had one technical round with manager Govind Malviya and then he gave me some assignments to complete. I completed my assignments in next 3 days and submitted. I got a call back from HR after 1 week and she called me for assignments review. Once assignments reviewed, I had HR round with Vikas and again we had salary discussion.
Finally i got a call from HR on June 10 and she offered me same whatever i had offer in my hand(+20%).
I have few questions with HR:
1. Why you guys are wasting time and money for candidate even after knowing that candidate already have same offer and will not be able to join on this salary?
2. Do you have value for time and money of candidate?
3. Do you think candidate is fool and will join you on same salary?
I would like to suggest you to don't waste your and candidate's time and money if you are not able to give them better opportunities.
