I talked to an HR recruiter who passed me along to the hiring manager and someone on the training team. The interview process was pretty standard, common questions that you usually get ask. I wish I had a chance to actually meet the person I was interviewing but because of covid, it was all done on the phone. In person interviews are so much easier to connect to your interviewer and make a connection.
Thanks for sharing your experience. We too look forward to meeting candidates in person once it’s safe for us to return to the office. For now, we are productively working from home and utilizing video interviews to select our New Hires, keeping our employees and candidate’s safety a top priority.
