      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LogicMonitor (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

      First had to take a cognitive and personality assessment. Then, spoke with HR, followed by the Hiring Manager. The last stage was an in-person interview with 4-5 people as well as giving a presentation.

      Very quick and efficient interview process, driven quickly by the excellent talent acquisition team Following the initial personality and cognitive reasoning tests there was 3 stages meeting MD and Sales Directors all of which happened within about 6 weeks

      Interview

      Phone Screen->Phone Interview with Hiring Manager -> Panel Interview with Manager/Peers/Exec with sales presentation. The entire process was well organized, transparent and well executed. Sales reps meet with engineers, sales peers, and skip level leaders as well as the hiring manager. Decision was returned quickly and offer was presented without much need for negotiation.
