The process took a bit longer for me, but that also fell on me. I found this position through a third party recruiter and had an initial phone screen with two people. After that, I was given a coding exercise to complete. It was challenging, but not overly difficult. Once they had a chance to review and give me the greenlight to continue with the process, there was another two-person interview, which was a low-key technical interview to discuss the challenge and personal technical experience. After that, was a final interview spanning two hours with five to six different people. This final interview was more of a "personal" interview... basically how well I would fit into the company culture and discussing my background and experience.
