Thank you for the feedback and I apologize that your experience interviewing with us was a negative one. Our Sales Engineering team can get pulled into last minute customer situations and we usually are able to adjust to those circumstances. However it's critical that we remain diligent in making sure all interview schedules flow efficiently. We do consider the candidate experience critical here and we'll be sure to address these issues.
