While the staff seems outgoing and friendly overall, looking back I felt like the company didn't value my time (or theirs?) considering how incredibly drawn out and lengthy the interview process was.

Question 1
Too many to remember! Lots of behavioral questions. But this was the process: -Phone interview -Take-home project -Review project w/ staff member -Final 3.5-hour onsite interview loop
Fair, with a take home assignment, and people who ask good questions. I enjoyed the process and would do it again. I would recommend somebody to interview with Loftium. It is an interesting topic and business.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Loftium (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Following that was a 1:1 with the Chief Customer Officer. Then, I was required to complete a three hour take-home assignment. Finally, I completed a full day of in-person interviews in the office with 15-20 members of their team.
